So, you may be aware of the poster I did for Geoff Bough’s Revenant Film Fest. Mr. Bough has a friend by the name of Chris Johnston a.k.a Doctor Wax, a Seattle, Washington-based turntable artist, musician and producer. Chris contacted me after seeing Geoff’s film fest poster and inquired if I could throw down for his needs, too. He specifically asked for something right up my alley: some sort of crazy B-movie mad scientist thing. Ask and ye shall receive. Between this, Prozak, Cybertrybe, Kreeps and the multitude of other musicians, you can’t say I’m not wide-ranged and eclectic when it comes to genres and styles that my design represents.
As a side note, I just wanna say how much I really dig how this turned out. It was a bit of a struggle, but nothing that rifling through old photos I’ve taken couldn’t fix. Also, big shout out to Mr. Dom Kreep for the quick shot of his turntables. Turned out much, much nicer because of you, brother.
